Cancellation Process:

  2. Receive a voucher for the full value of your order.
  3. Place a new order with the correct items.

You can cancel your order within 90 days of receiving it, provided it hasn’t been shipped. For delivered items, you may return or reject them after delivery.

Please note: returns can be submitted after receiving your order for most items.

Refund Policy:
